About

"Every image I make is a conversation — with a place, a person, or a moment that refused to pass unnoticed."

Photography is how I make sense of the world — and my place within it. It's been with me for decades, though not always front and center. There were years when it paused, when life pulled me elsewhere. It never fully let go.

I work across street, portraiture, architecture, and experimental work — not because I can't choose, but because the subject has never been the point. I'm looking for something underneath it. Light, tension, the moment just before or just after.

Every image on this site is finished and intentional. Projects grow over time, but nothing here is filler.

Artistic Philosophy

I'm drawn to quiet complexity — to shadow, gesture, stillness, and tension. Much of my work circles around memory, impermanence, and the trace of human presence in a place.

I work across genres, guided more by intention and emotion than by labels. Color and black-and-white are both tools — each one gets at a different kind of truth.

I'm not trying to explain an image. I'd rather leave space for pause, ambiguity, and interpretation.

I shoot in black and white because it strips things down. I shoot in color because sometimes that's not enough. Some moments call for clarity. Others need to be felt before they're understood.
